- You can open your order and try your new pieces on, while the courier awaits at your door for 5 minutes maximum, if you are not satisfied with it, you can return it on the spot. No refunds are allowed afterwards, once the courier leaves.

- After receiving your order, you can only request size exchange by messaging us through instagram direct messages. (Exchange fees is 60 EGP)

- Any returned/exchanged items must be in the same condition in which you received them, with the original packaging.

- Exchanges are only allowed within 24 hours from receiving your order.
